Not trying to steal your thunder but I'm posting a bit more regularly than I did. Plus I seems I come under you here in Idaho via the American preppers network.
I am working on my blog and hope I can contribute, plus a place to share and learn.
Tried Kellene's bottled butter, dried some hambuger and made beef rocks, and waxed cheese that actually stored well.
