A (really, really) brief update

Well, I sent off a thank you e-mail to Senator Risch.

However, when I tried to send a thank you e-mail to Congressman Chet Edwards, I was unable to do so because his website only accepts e-mail from Texas, and I had no Texas zipcode to enter.

No Texas zipcode=no e-mailing for you.

I am still grateful that he had legislation ready to protect the military benefits. Hope someone (or everyone :) who does have a Texas zipcode tells him thank you for me....

YeOldFurt--Thanks very much--I went back to the e-mail form, but you need an entire address, so it was a no go. However, I did look on his contact page and called up his office in Washington, D.C. to leave a message--wish I would have thought of that in the first place... :) I think the person on the phone was surprised to hear from someone from Idaho, but oh, well...thanks again for your help!

American Prepper--Thanks very much for offering the use of the address--I actually ended up calling and leaving a message with a person who sounded just a little surprised when he asked for my address and found out I was in Idaho... :) Oh, well, it never hurts to say thank you, because even if my vote doesn't affect him, his vote definitely affects me... Thanks again for your help!
